Painted on Water is formed by Demir Demirkan and Sertab Erener as project to re-arrange traditional Turkish music with modern sounds. The first album contains 14 tracks and recorded both in Los Angeles and Turkey. The album is produced by the Grammy nominated producer Jay Newland. Painted on Water toured around Europe and US.
